Odis Dolton has served on the CCC board since its establishment in Abilene. He currently serves as one of the Assistant Directors of Finance with the City of Abilene. He has worked for the City of Abilene for over twelve years in Finance and Administrative Services as Assistant Director. He is Co-Owner of West Texas Home Health Services, a home health care company. He gives back to the community through his church, volunteer work with nonprofit organizations and work with a local youth football league. His undergraduate work at Abilene Christian University includes a BSW in Social Work and Industrial Education, and a BA in Drafting. He holds a Master’s of Science in Social Work from Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio, Texas. Mr. Dolton is interested and willing to continue to serve Abilene.
